My specialization in family systems psychology and performance psychology allows me to use the most current research to help athletes, coaches, and families integrate mental skills training with relational health, academic success, and faith-informed resilience.
With a background as a clinical psychotherapist, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, professor of psychology, and performance psychologist, I bridge the gap between clinical expertise and a faith-based approach to mental health and wellness. My experience allows me to equip universities and faith communities with practical, research-informed tools grounded in Biblical truth—helping women, families, and church leaders flourish in both life and faith.
In my university role, I teach courses on family dynamics, abnormal psychology, addiction psychology, and lifespan development, which informs the accessible, evidence-based approach I bring to athletes and parents.
My consulting work bridges the gap between NAIA and NCAA programs, families, and faith communities—helping athletes thrive in their sport while protecting their well-being.
I can also design service menus that range from one-time speaking engagements to year-long consulting partnerships, ensuring that organizations can access the level of support they need.
Fees are current as of Fall 2025
