Sarah Bontrager, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Golden Hill Office Center, Ph.D. candidate in The Philosophy of Performance Psychology at Grand Canyon University, an assistant psychology professor at Colorado Christian University, and a Registered Yoga Faith instructor. She is a Colorado native and currently resides in Golden, Colorado with her husband of 24 years, Jeff, and their four children, ages 11-21. Sarah is passionate about engaging authentically with relevant, pressing mental health issues facing teens, athletes, families, couples, and children. Her specialties include working with depression and anxiety, faith questions, using therapy and yoga for athletes facing performance challenges, life-stage adjustments, parenting, trauma, grief, and family relationships.
